Q. Do I need to unclasp and re-clasp the lobster clasps every time I put on or take off my Chunky Bling watches?
A. No!  You don't need to use the lobster clasps to take off and put on your watches.  The stretchy cord we use to string our watch bands is very flexible and extremely strong, so you can actually just slip your watches on and off over your wrist.
 
Q. I want to purchase some Chunky Bling jewelry for a friend's birthday.  I hope she likes what I choose, but if not, can she exchange it?
A. Absolutely.  Make sure to check the gift option at checkout, and we'll omit the prices from the invoice, but include information on how to make an exchange so your friend can get the size and style she prefers.
