Our Return Policy
Returns and exchanges of un-used jewelry are accepted within 30 days of purchase. We'll be happy to refund (minus shipping) or exchange any returned merchandise. Once we receive your returned jewelry, your refund or replacement jewelry will be processed within 48 hours.
How To Prepare A Return
To return a jewelry item to Chunky Bling, please follow these two steps:
- Notify us of your return by sending an email to returns@chunkybling.com. In this email, please tell us which item(s) you are planning to return and whether you would like a refund or exchange. Please also tell us your reason for the return/exchange.
- Package your return using a padded envelope and/or bubble wrap to ensure the returned merchandise is not damaged in transit. If your jewelry is broken, please try to include all detached or broken pieces. Send the return to the following address: 447 East 200 North, Springville, UT 84663
