Chunky Bling bracelets and watch bands are handcrafted to be fashionable and durable.  Should your jewelry break within 60 days of purchase, you can send it back to us and we will repair or replace it for free. Repairs needed after 60 days cost only $8.00.  You are responsible for shipping costs to send the jewelry back to Chunky Bling, and we will pay for shipping back to you. Our watch faces have a 6-month manufacturer guarantee against manufacture defects.  This does not include cracked watch faces or those damaged by exposure to water.
 
Returns and exchanges of un-used jewelry are accepted within 30 days of purchase.  We want you to be happy with your bling, so we will refund (minus shipping) or exchange any returned merchandise.
 
We ask that you please send us an email prior to returning any merchandise.
